Ken Paul
Owner & President
As a successful business owner and entrepreneur, Ken’s career encompasses 30 years in the commercial construction industry with extensive experience in civil construction and site management.
David Dickerson
Chief Financial Officer
David has been the Chief Financial Officer for Anchor Power Services since 2017 and became a minority owner in 2019. He has over 30 years of experience with small business ownership and consulting. He can be described by his co-workers as being witty, a good sense of humor, and having a servant heart.
Matt Maloney
General Manager
Matt is leading all operational efforts including construction field services Professional Services, and material expediting. He has strong experience and results leading PMO efforts, delivering difficult and complex portfolios of work in electric utility, in addition to his years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman. Matt has a beautiful wife and two daughters, and finds joy in dirt bikes, fly fishing, and flying planes.
Grace Frenzel
Executive Manager
Grace is in charge of managing all of Anchor Power Services key accounts, and also maintains the insurance and legal for the company. Starting in 2013 and spearheading all efforts under the Anchor umbrella. Grace is in charge of maintaining documentation, financial outlooks, and strategic planning for the business.
Noah Paul
Logistics Manager
Noah has been apart of Anchor since 2013 starting as a laborer and working his way up to a division lead. He has drilled and poured the concrete piers inside substations, installed underground utilities, and hauled heavy equipment across the country. He currently is the Denver Logistics Division lead, assisting Xcel Energy in moving resources around Colorado and the Denver Metro.
